Computer Woes

Sorry for the dry spell these last several days. My computer somehow got infected and had to be hospitalized at Tim's "get-to-it-when-I-have-time" workshop, so we're all having to share Ben's machine. He's out of town for an overnight in Dallas, so I have access for a few hours this morning! Robyn and I ventured out toward the mall yesterday. We never made it there; luckily, the stores we wanted to visit had non-mall locations. Traffic was snarled on all roads leading to the "m" word, so we opted out of the great American shopping experience! Ben and I got really lucky Wednesday evening, when we went to the Sprint store for new phones and only had one customer ahead of us. I think we hit the dinner hour perfectly, when everybody else who had been there all day got too hungry to wait any longer! I had to buy blue shirts for Ben, since Chase requires their employees to wear blue, so I went to Macy's one morning between 7 and 8 and was thrilled to find out that, even though the mall opens at 7, not many shoppers actually get moving that early, and parking was a snap. So much for our Christmas shopping adventures! Tim's taking the next two weeks off, so we may be seeing more of him. Robyn and I are working on a top-secret project. If our mission succeeds, we may have something to share later.
