What Else Can Go Wrong?

Last night Tim called to say that the air conditioning in his townhouse had stopped working...we spent today trying to be patient while waiting for the repairman to show up. Some relay switch wasn't working right, and the technician also pointed out that the system was leaky and needed to be sealed up, so I guess Ben will spend part of his weekend over there chasing that down. At this point we're recommending that they not even THINK about trying out the fireplace next winter--the way things are going, they might set the whole building on fire! Ah, the joys of home ownership!
