Making Progress....

We've been back to IKEA again since my last post. Here's how Robyn shops for furniture:

Since she spends so much time sleeping, she has to be sure that the mattress will be comfortable!

We actually found everything she's gonna need at IKEA, so we proceeded to the "self-serve" furniture area:

We loaded up a cart with as many things as we could fit in the Matrix. All of this stuff is currently in my sunroom and will have to be assembled after we move it to her apartment. This is gonna be more work than Christmas Eve!

Today's the day to take care of details and get ready for our mission trip to Guatemala. We leave tomorrow morning and will be back home Monday afternoon, just in time for orchestra practice. Did I mention that Robyn's been awarded a scholarship to play in the Clear Lake Symphony with me? While I toil away week after week as a volunteer, she will be getting $50 every time she shows up for rehearsals & concerts.

Keep us in your prayers as we interact with orphan children of all ages. We're looking forward to the opportunity to serve!
