It's that time of year again. Even for someone who shuns the mall during the holiday shopping season, December can get crazy. It's only the 2nd, and already I've played one Christmas concert with Clear Lake Symphony (last night) and a "background music" gig for the D.A.R. (this morning). Tonight we're having our South Main at Home group over for potluck supper so that they can check out our redecorating efforts, then we'll all go to the Clear Lake Symphony's 2nd presentation of the concert. Tomorrow our Sunday School class is having our annual Christmas luncheon, then I'm ringing handbells for a concert at University of Houston. And so it goes....Anyway, just thought I'd post a picture of our den to prove that we do actually still have a Christmas tree and know how to use it!
