Okay, so it's a day late...Ben's birthday was yesterday, April 5, and he caught up with my age again. One interesting note concerning his birthday this year---shortly after 1 a.m. on his big day, the time was 1:02:03,04/05/06. Pretty special, huh!
I've spent several days at Tim's new place waiting....and waiting....and waiting...for service people to arrive. We had a garage door opener installed, which meant two days of waiting (they had the wrong address and went to our house to install it first). The cable guy came one day (late), but not all of the channels work, so we'll have to get him out there again. The dishwasher wasn't draining, so I had to wait for the repair guy (late again). This morning Angie called to tell me it was raining in the dining room, underneath the tub in which she had just bathed. So I guess I'll be waiting again for the plumber.... Tim just started a new job a couple of weeks ago, so he can't take any time off to wait. And Angie hasn't had a day off during the week since they moved. At any rate, Bagel kind of likes it when I'm over there waiting, because otherwise she'd just be in her cage all day. In the meantime, Ginger's at home in HER cage!
Robyn's coming home next week for Easter, then we'll go to Nashville together to move her to a new apartment. I'm about ready to be done with all these "moving" experiences!
